1999 Honda Civic LX 1.6L Surge
Have worked on many different Hondas over the years,but this one has got me [...] engine will act [...] 2500 to 3000 RPM the engine will surge .Feels like the rev limiter is kicking [...] not consistently [...] appreciate any help,thanks in advance,Randy
