1985 Nissan 200SX 2.0L Surge, Cuts out
THE COMPLAint is that on a cold start the engings tack will cut in and out. You can feel it in the motorcutting in and out. I've done some testing with the snap on vantage. and it looks good. ececpt that the tp just off idle goes to open from 10volts to 0 volt...
