1984 Honda Accord LX 1.8L No Start
Have this Accord with the fuel pump relay giving me fits. Have checked the system per the Haynes manuel and can not get any power to the #1 pin of the relay. Can short pins and can hear pump come on. Changed relays several times and car will start and run very...
