1995 Honda Civic EX 1.6L No Start
why do i always get the basket cases??? hey any honda techs or otherwise. this one cranks but no start. spark plugs keep fuel fowling. pcm will not flash any codes, i jumper check connector and the mil stays on solid while the srs flashes rapidly and continous...
