1993 Lexus LS400 4.0L Steering Shudder in Park
THANX ALL FOR ANY HELP IN ADVANCE We put a rack in this LS400 because it had a shudder when turning the streering wheel with the brake on. No drop in RPMs. The wheels will chadder/ shudder bad. After installing another rack, condition went away for about 3 day...
