1995 Toyota Avalon XLS 3.0L Rack and pinion
The mounting bolts on the rack and pinion will not budge. The bolt and nut will turn as an assembly,but the nuts will not unscrew from the bolts. Has anyone experienced this problem on this car? Any ideas welcome.
