1993 Lexus SC400 4.0L pump
P/S pump was replace 4 months ago due to noise, car is back same noise, but notice lots of back pressure on system, if we take cap off it blows oil all over the place, what control oil pressure? rack seems ok but is the problem in rack? Haven't done much work ...
