1992 Lexus ES300 3.0L AC
We have no power to the A C clutch. No flashing lights. We are unable to access the self diagnostic mode. All fuses are good. Freon appears full. When A C clutch is manually energized at relay, system blows cold. Any suggestion on continuing diagnosis procedur...
