2004 Subaru Outback 2.5L Compressor
the compressor with engange and disengage for 1-2 seconds at a time. I noticed that the cooling fans are not running when this happens. they do work when the vehicle reaches a hot temperature. vehicle has refrigerant, I replaced the relay but no luck.
