Gary, as James said, engine rpm's amd low side readings would help as would the outside temp. 300 to 350 isn't really high for an expansion valve system. These are the readings on a ['95 Mazda B-2300] I did last week. High side 205, low side 24, outside temp 8... Login to read more.
