I've run into this on a few '97-'98 Ford F-150 w/4.6L. [1998 Ford Pickup F150, N/A Photo] The rubber filler mounted to the inner fender rubs a hole in the muffler in the hose assy. [1998 Ford Pickup F150, N/A Photo] [1998 Ford Pickup F150, N/A Photo]
