Glen, the cartridges filled with oil are the same size & are designed to fit the A/C dye " Spotgun " system. Cartridges can be ordered in 46,100,125 & 150 Pag, along with 100 Ester. The 125 Pag is spec. GM # 9985752 (Blue color).
