Re: No temp control on max ac 2001 Ford Ranger 3.0 L
The dealer was correct, that's the way it's designed. Most
but not all systems work that way. In MAX it closes the
heater control valve(If it has one) and closes the fresh
air vent. In NORMAL the heat control valve can be opened
and closed. HTH
