hi all this stratus has a full charge coming into shop 19 oz,my low side goes to 43psi hight 250 and the needle fluctuates meaning something ? im thinking its a restriction,or h-block one side of the line to hblock is cool the other isnt ? i evacuated it twice... Login to read more.
