Just went thru this with a Chevy blowing compressor fuse. Mine was blowing after getting hot. Was 1.2 ohms when hot and using Ohms law figures to 12 amps on a 10 amp circuit. Using your figures , .3 ohm resistance would be a 70 amp draw. Compared those numbers... Login to read more.
