Thanks to all for replies. I was incorrect that rooftops are 240 vac, they are, in fact 120 vac.

Research found on Pro Air (the folks who purchased Evans Tempco ) shows a general fill of a Spartan chassis with a rear pusher at 5 - 6 lbs R-134A.
