Thanks all Im going to call it fixed. Installed new motorcraft fan clutch.

At engine idle (685 rpms), from cold start up to tstat open @ 188 deg. F, the scantool says the fan clutch speed is 865 ( ac psi's were 37/235psi@94 deg. F).
