Well its fixed. Adjusting the thermostat fixed the freezing up of the evaporator. Even with the evaporator cold, air coming out of the vents was 60f. The low side ended up around 20 psi. I replaced the expansion valve and no change. Took the evaporator box out... Login to read more.
