This model will work great on 134a. Being that it is 9-10 years old, Glenn,s advice about cmpssr going bad is good, but how long it will last with R12 is a guess anyway. If the a/c system should fail or develop a leak, I would rather lose the inexpensive 134a ... Login to read more.
