Hi Tim, It is actually an Oatley product #30209 leak detector. It is solution made up from soap and anti- freeze. It can be used on any pressure vessel. I use it for air and hvac work. It is available at The Home Depot in plumbing. Have a good Friday, Gary Login to read more.
