Update:

Thanks gents, for all the insight. Pinched the heater core hose (which is both simple and genius), temps dropped to 47 @ 2000rpm. Evap inlet and outlets were 47 in, 52 out @ idle. Seems backwards, but i hard time getting my k clamps just right.
