If the missing clutch hub nut is on a GM vehicle, GM has a past TSB informing that the nut was not needed and was thus eliminated. GM clutch hubs are "force fit" and the hub is "pressed on". GM has not used compressor shaft nuts for a very long time ... Login to read more.
