in the 60 s 70s 80s you never had that problem .to make a/c smaller in dash , and efficient they use thinner aluminum , so now , if you live by the beach [ ocean ] the salty air will eat thru that thin aluminum tubing . i thing some newer evap have a teflon co... Login to read more.
