if the quick disconnect is leaking at the "nut end" just clean it up and replace o-ring,suggest gutting inside of QD and replace o-ring inside,if leaking at hose crimp then would depend what kind of hose you have (can't see hose in your picture)if its a parafl... Login to read more.
