AC compressors weren't designed to move nitrogen- just R12 (or 134)- way different pressure curves & N2 doesn't carry oil. That being said- the GM R4 comp is a failure looking for an excuse to happen. (It's up there with the ford FS-10 & the honda Keihen units... Login to read more.
