Didn't look it up but is the txv a block type or sensing bulb? If a sensing bulb, you need to wrap the sensing bulb in refrigeration tape and have it securely clamped to the low side line. 45 psi with 275 psi on the high side is pretty high at idle. I'm assumi... Login to read more.
