I see there is a TSB or M-TIP (Mazda Tip?) about foam and/or water being sucked in while going through a car wash. Could be related. It soaks the cabin filter and reduces air flow, then maybe the customer turns the fan to high to try to get some air flow. Anyw... Login to read more.
