Low freon makes one side hotter?
Posted to HVAC Forum on 9/7/2011 10 Replies

Can someone explain why if the freon level is low it can make one side of the vents hot, and one side cold.

This was on a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500, manual temp control.

The vent temp was 60F drivers side, 72 passenger side

Recovered .90, takes 1.65.
