John, of the 100's of R-4's I've replaced in the last 30 years or so only 2 failed. One 12 years ago on a '89 Suburban that lasted 13 months and one on a '95 S-10 nearly 6 years ago that the seal leaked out the box. Not a bad record I'd say. Of course I'm talk... Login to read more.
