Hi Ted,

Take off the top of the dash and the right grab handle. Remove U-shaped metal bracket and VCIM if equipped. Remove screw at far right duct, and lift duct out of way. Access right temp actuator with low profile ratchet. Takes about 30-40 minutes. Login to read more.
