Re: Using a smoke machine for leak testing evaporator core
Never had any luck doing this. Smoke machine doesn't make enough pressure and residual oil in the evap I think also sucks up the smoke. Dead heading one end and pressurizing with refrigerant and watching pressure drop might be the best way. N or air pressure o... Login to read more. ![]()
