My 1963-68 Mitchell A/C Manual says with Four Seasons 3.75 with Universal & General Motors 3.0...45 lo is too high also 290 too high to get correct cooling. I suggest trying a lesser amount of refgrnt to lower the pressures as a first step. Have used that POA ... Login to read more.
