Mike, I guess you are refering to Bull# 06-01-38-003.

These actuators are 5-wire bi-directional electric motors with a feedback potentiometer, I believe.

The control circuit uses Ign 3 voltage-lo refer.-control-5-volt ref. and position signal circuits.
