Because of low blower speeds and low refrigerant levels, Ford clutches engage and disengage many times a minute. This causes extreme clutch pulley and hub wear. Check the air gap. Not sure, but should be between .018 and .025. Also make sure "VOLTAGE" to coil ... Login to read more.
