Thanks to all that responded. It turned out to be the temperature blend actuatuator. I found a strap on the pc board inside the actuator was broken. I resoldered it and it works well. FWIW the actuator has a 6 wire connector(only 5 are used), with 1 pin missi... Login to read more.
