98 galant a/c not getting cold/help

replaced leaking evap, exp vlv, drier, compressor back in may. unit just never get below 50 degrees. i asked customer to bring back in, so this week i replaced the exp vlv again but still cold. here is the latest info, pressures are 39 on low side, 130 on high... Login to read more.
