I was working on an 89 Volvo 740 today. It had two tiny holes drilled into the fitting nuts on the accumulator outlet and the condenser inlet. Also, there is a small line 'T'ed into the evaporator outlet line and it curls around to the front of the accumulator... Login to read more.
