Mark is spot-on all the way. Be sure the refrigerant amount is EXACTLY to OEM spec. Also, grey 5 year old oil is not abnormal from a scroll because the aluminum scrolls actually rub against each other as the orbiting scroll moves relative to the fixe... Login to read more.
