After reading your reply, try adding more refrigerant. As the high pressure increases the high speed fans should come on. Hold the RPM's at about 1500. Add refrigerant until the evaporator outlet gets cold. I'm assuming your R-12 (Not Freeze 12) supply is air ... Login to read more.
