Hi all.

Did 30 cylinders ever get sealed from the factor with a little rubber cap, which looks like a vacuum cap over the threads?

I purchased a "Factory Sealed" 30 lb container on ebay and it showed up with a vacuum cap over the threads. Took it to a shop... Login to read more.
