If you have a uP-VI micro you need to check the VHN & VHP circuits. Each one has a 2 amp fuse in it-F11 & F12 mounted on the Relay board. Also check for pushed pins at the Micro as this has been a common problem. There is also a procedure for testing the micro... Login to read more.
