I wouldn't think 1 oz of dye would cause a fire. Atf is highly flammable. I had a wild time witha 1965 mustang a few years ago. I put a 302 in place of the 289 and had to use all the 65 components because of space problems. The power steering burped fluid on t... Login to read more. ![]()
