The first thing I would do is, bring the idle up to about 1,000 rpm, and see if it still "short cycles". If it runs normally, clean the throttle body and ISC. If it still short cycles, put gauges on the system, and do a diagnostic. The fan speed control sounds... Login to read more. ![]()
