i dont know how to post pic. The repair is to remove the blend door motor and drill a 1/8 hole through the shaft about 1/4 inch from the end. Drill it from corner to corner, put in a cotter pin and cut ends off. leave abot 1/16 inch sticking out on each side.I... Login to read more.
