I agree that its a shipping plug. Maybe the plug fell into the flat tube bell-flare unnoticed before it was soldered to the flat tubing (thats called "Miller-Time Friday"). Or maybe it was in the round tube before being flattened in order to mate up with the f... Login to read more.
