Dennis: This is purely a guess: 100 psi Hi side & 0 psi Lo side indicate a fairly large restriction. There was not much flow though the high side. I wonder if the condenser was also cool/cold, simply because of the restricted flow. Not a real answer, but HTH, ... Login to read more.
