Just had an International 4700 come into my shop not cold. Hi side 100 low side 0 at 85% ambient. Drier was cold to touch. So was suction line from evap to compressor but no cool air. Replaced drier and same thing. Replaced H block TXV and everything is fine. ... Login to read more.
