Can't help you on the aftermarket question but the labour times are, .5 hrs for evac and recharge, .5 hrs for evap leak test, and 4.5 hrs to replace the evap. That is warranty time. I think Motor adds about 40% to that for CP time. Probably 7.5 hrs would be ab... Login to read more.
