Hi Eric, I think there is alot of talk about CO2 being a major contibutor to global warming. I think the Kyoto Agreement has something to do with a reduction in CO2 emissions too. If I am not mistaken, China has not signed on with the Kyoto Agreement and China... Login to read more.
