Pat, Hot Shot or (414b) is not allowed in motor vehicles as far as I know. Perhaps large busses that normally use R-22. The reason is Hot Shot is 50% R-22. It also contains isobutane which I'm sure can't be used in commercial vehicles carrying passengers.
